ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
Joey Bellino, B.Sc., CIH, CRSP

Program Manager, Occupational Health and Safety Group
Pinchin Ltd.

Joey Bellino is a Project Manager in Pinchin’s Occupational Health and Safety group. Joey holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Environmental Science from the University of Manitoba. Joey also holds a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) accreditation and recently completed the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH) exam to receive his Certification in Industrial Hygiene (CIH) designation.

Joey has more than 18 years of comprehensive experience in managing occupational hygiene programs for a research-intensive university that spans a variety of workplaces and projects. Joey’s volunteer work includes serving on the American Industrial Hygiene (AIHA) Manitoba local section executive board for the past 9 years.

ABOUT THE SESSION:
During the session Joey will touch on several topics pertaining to Confined Spaces. Joey will highlight some of the hazards associated with Confined Spaces. He will also provide a definition of confined space from both a Federal and Provincial regulatory standpoint and outline what has recently changed Federally.  The presentation will also provide information on what a Confined Space program should look like within your organization to ensure you meet compliance.

1. Definition of confined space and hazard assessments
2. Federal and Provincial regulations and recent updates mean to your organization
3. Elements of a Confined Space Program

Building Owners/Managers, Safety Professionals

SCHEDULE:
7:30-8:00 a.m. – Logon to ZOOM – Link will be provided closer the date of the meeting.
8:00-9:00 a.m. – Presentation and Q & A
9:00 a.m. – Wrap-Up

FEES:
Members – No Charge
Non-Members – $25.00 (GST is not applicable)

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Non-Member Registrations – Cancellations received at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the event date are accepted without charge.  If cancellation is not received by the specified time frame the fee of $25.00 is applicable. Substitutions are welcome.
