PRESENTER:
Dale Wiebe, P.Eng., QPESA, Pinchin Ltd.
Dale is the Branch Manager for Pinchin’s NW Ontario region and a Professional Engineer who graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Engineering in 1999. He has been employed at Pinchin since 2003 and in this time, Dale has provided consulting services on environmental and building systems related to indoor air quality, water and wastewater for residential buildings, hospitality, commercial, institutional and industrial facilities.

SESSION INFO:
This session will discuss the management of facility water distribution systems including the surveillance for leachable metals, legionella, and microbiological contaminants. As buildings have been under occupied during the last year this has significantly increased the risk of impacts to drinking water. Older buildings and buildings that have been renovated or repurposed recently may also present additional risk.
