ABOUT THE SESSION

Having a clear and consistent injury reporting process is a critical element to an effective return to work program. Clear and consistent injury reporting will also support providing timely and accurate information to the WCB and be a critical link to your workplace injury prevention program.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Kim Keating is the Manager of Return to Work Program Services at the Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba (WCB). Kim has been with the WCB for more than 22 years in various roles and departments including Adjudication, Case Management and SAFE Work Manitoba. Kim holds a Bachelor of Commerce (honours) degree and a Certificate in Adult and Continuing Education (CACE) from the University of Manitoba. She is also a Certified Health and Safety Consultant (CHSC) through the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering (CSSE) and a Certified Disability Management Professional (CDMP) through the National Institute of Disability Management and Research (NIDMAR).

This session will be of value to workplace safety and health professionals, return to work coordinators and HR leaders.

SCHEDULE:
7:15 a.m. – Arrive at CSAM, 1447 Waverley St. for a light breakfast and AGM followed by Presentation.
8:00-9:00 a.m. – Presentation and Q & A
9:00 a.m. – Wrap-Up

FEES:
Members – No Charge
Non-Members – $25.00 (GST is not applicable)

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Non-Member Registrations – Cancellations received at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the event date are accepted without charge.  If cancellation is not received by the specified time frame the fee of $25.00 is applicable. Substitutions are welcome.
