Training and Capacity Development

This one-hour session will discuss the process for recognizing when opportunities for improvement exist within an organization and how to introduce potential solutions through training. We will also be discussing how to structure our training in a manner that meets the needs of not only new staff but long service staff. We want to help build capacity and ensure engagement by including our veteran staffs experience and ideas for improvement.
PRESENTER:
DANIEL OLSON, NCSO, GSC
Training and Program Advisor
Daniel Olson is a health and safety professional with 8 years of experience in various industries including agriculture and construction. Daniel has spent the last 5 years working with the Construction Safety Association of Manitoba (CSAM), starting his career off as a Safety Advisor and moving through the organization from Client Services Consultant to now the Training and Program Advisor. Daniel facilitates CSAMs mandatory, compulsory, and elective courses for the National Construction Safety Officer (NCSOTM) and National Health and Safety Administrator (NHSATM) designations.

Members – No Charge
Non-Members – $25.00 (GST is not applicable)
CANCELLATION POLICY?
Non-Member Registrations – Cancellations received at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the event date are accepted without charge. If cancellation is not received by the specified time frame the fee of $25.00 is applicable. Substitutions are welcome.
