Training Within Industry (TWI), Canadian Manufactures & Exporters

Brett Hiscock from Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters will present an overview of the Training Within Industry strategy, which is designed for individuals who instruct, direct or supervise others in the workplace. The Training Within Industry strategy encompasses Job Instruction & Job Relations, which provides leadership teams with methods to:

• building positive, mutually respectful relationships with employees;
• instruction on how to break jobs into individual tasks
• and how to train for consistent results in a timely manner

The Training Within Industry is a systematic approach to continuous improvement & sustaining changes in the workplace.
