ABOUT THE SESSION
This session will provide information about the many important features and benefits to consider when purchasing work footwear with a primary focus on CSA footwear. Information about socks, insoles and custom orthotics and how to ensure your feet are happy at work will also be presented.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
Participants will become more informed about what to look for the next time they make a footwear purchase and take better care of their feet by learning about the importance of better-quality footwear, socks and insoles.
ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Rich Hildebrand

Rich Hildebrand is on his 23rd year with Canadian Footwear and oversees the retail operations and training for their 4 retails stores (3 in Winnipeg and 1 in Calgary). He is responsible for the customer experience in their stores and the development of its team member
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Anyone who wears shoes should attend , particularly those who may wear CSA footwear or have employees that do.

7:30-7:45 am – Arrive, Coffee, Juice and Muffins provided.
7:45 am – Annual General Meeting – Followed by Presentation
9:00 a.m. – Wrap-Up
FEES
Members – No Charge
Non-Members – $45.00 (GST is not applicable)
Students – $10.00
CANCELLATION POLICY
Non-Member Registrations – Cancellations received at least 72 hours (3 full days) prior to the event date are accepted without charge. The non-member fee is non-refundable if cancellation is not received by the specified time frame. Substitutions are welcome.
