ABOUT THE SESSION
In this session we will touch on our own Vice President Joe Gengs Best Seller: Rethinking Hand Safety where we dig into trades most practical and effective tricks to improve your hand safety program, increase compliance and achieve worker buy-in. This will be an interactive session where attendees are encouraged to ask questions they are currently struggling with to see how it’s imperative to not only reduce hand and arm injuries but truly create a work culture that makes not only management but workers feel heard and valued.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Kayla Dolphin is a Hand Safety Specialist with Superior Glove Works. Kayla currently takes care of the Manitoba/Northwestern Ontario/NWT region. She specializes in creating partnerships with end users and distributors to reduce hand and arm injuries.

Members – No Charge
Non-Members – $45.00 (GST is not applicable)
Non-members who join IPAM within a month of this meeting, will have the $35 breakfast fee applied to
the cost of membership fee.
Students – $10.00
CANCELLATION POLICY
Non-Member Registrations – Cancellations received at least 72 hours (3 full days) prior to the event date are accepted without charge. The non-member fee is non-refundable if cancellation is not received by the specified time frame. Substitutions are welcome.
