WCB Rate Setting – this prsentation will focus on how the WCB determines employers rats, and how to best mitigate rate increases through prevention, claim management, and effective disability management.

Speaker: Dave Kramer CDMP

Dave Kramer is a SAFE Work Coordination with the Workers Compensation Board and is a certified disability management professional.  Dave has worked with the Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba for over 14 years and has extensive experience in the case management field.  Over the past decade Dave has held positions as a Case Management Representative, Adjudicator, Case Manager, and more recently as a SAFE Work Coordinator focusing on assisting Manitoban companies in the manufacturing section build stronger and more effective safety & health and return to work programs.
