Eating For Energy:10 Strategies for Mental Alertness and Productivity
This session will provide participants with an overview of how to increase their energy level using food and nutrition. . Participants will look at the types of foods that are best to consume for physical energy, mental alertness, productivity and a healthy body weight. In addition, they will be provided with tips and strategies on the role nutrition plays in working safely and preventing accidents and injuries both at home and work.
